I was born and raised on the outskirts of Strasbourg in France and fell in love with the culinary arts at a very early age. I have luckily been raised in a food-lovers family in fantastic region where you meet every kind of cuisine from all the different countries from Europe.

Apprentice at 16 years old in a traditional restaurant in Alsace, Gregory leaves town to work in three Michelin star restaurants with famous chefs as Jean Georges Klein, Alain Ducasse, George Blanc and Emile Jung. Then, he traveled in various countries such as New Caledonia and Florida to open his mind and dicsover different way of cooking.
L'atelier des Chefs is a new approach of cuisine... I started out in this field with very tough and individualist experiences, it is time now for me to share my knowledges and passions.
I have no particular favorite dishes... I love everything in cuisine, from a very simple cheese tray to the most sophisticated dessert. Finally, the most important keeps the freshness and quality of your product.
Every class is different one from each other... teaching people how to make sushi or macaroon for instance is always fun because people realize than this not as difficult as the final result betrays. Besides that, we explore new cuisine that people do not really get use to make like molecular one or dim sum... Anyway, cuisine is an endless story !
